Job Description:

The King Group deliver Commercial (kitchen) cleaning, Cleaning training and domestic oven and carpet cleaning across Dorset, Hampshire and parts of Wiltshire.

2019 saw a year of substantial rapid expansion of the business, particularly in the Training and Commercial Cleaning revenue streams.

As a result of this we are looking for an experienced Business Manager / Business Developer to join the friendly team.

The Role:

This role is two-fold:

Business management

To assist in managing the existing business and customers and with managing staff, sites and jobs. To support and improve the business where you see opportunity and work closely with the Managing Director on business strategy and operation.

Business development

To manage the existing customers and acquisition of new business for our commercial kitchen cleaning company 1st Commercial Cleaning and our training company The King Academy and to lead on new business generation and guide it’s future development.

To do this we need a self-motivated person with the drive and ambition to succeed. This role will involve bringing our ambitious expansion plans to reality.

Experience in the hospitality, recruitment, franchise or training industry would be beneficial.

First hand experience with any of qualification frameworks and standards, training funding sources, and funding claim procedures would be desirable.
